Since all our jewellery is custom-made, we can’t accept returns unless your item is damaged or you received an incorrect item.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, email support@photojewelleryshop.com and you can choose a free replacement or a full refund.

Not happy with your order? We want you to be 100% satisfied, please email us and we’ll help right away.

Want to cancel? Email support@photojewelleryshop.com within 6 hours of placing your order. After that production will have started and we won't be able to cancel it.
