The bracelet I ordered was of great quality and very nice. When I had wore it for a short time it broke. I reached out to photo jewellery and they helped me so much. I sent it back and she fixed it and received it back quickly.

Bracelet is beautiful and very well made. Be careful as it can catch on a lot though, and its a bit scratchy if you are active. But overall I am very happy with it!

It’s a lot smaller than I thought it would be as to why the letters are sliding all over the place and not staying together. You can’t tell it’s my name unless I push the letters together. I’m a little disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing it with another bracelet I ordered with my sons name on it
